The Aurobindo school is affiliated to the CBSE curriculum. English is the medium of Instruction and the CBSE board administers one public examination – CBSE at the end of year X. The examination is held annually in March. The academic year consists of two semesters – Autum term from June to November and a spring term from January to March with winter in between. The Aurobindo school follows a five and a half day week comprising of 45 periods. The overall student / teacher ratio is 10:1 and the average strength of a class is around 30 students. Music, art, Hindi and technology are compulsory subjects and are conducted for two periods a week. Our well equipped school library subscribes to a variety of newspapers and magazines.
